Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. in Italy invites recent graduates to join the International Banks Division, Structured Loans desk, for a hands-on internship in debt structuring and financial analysis.

You will work with seasoned professionals in a fast-paced, international environment. This opportunity focuses on financing solutions for corporate clients across Central/Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean, market research, financial statement analysis, and the preparation of business plans and marketing

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance or related fields
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Solid analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively
• Familiarity with Corporate Finance concepts and financial markets

Mansioni

• Support planning, business development and structuring of financing solutions for corporate clients across Central and Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region
• Support market intelligence gathering and industry research

What you'll be doing

What you'll be doingDuring the internship, the candidate will have the opportunity to support the following activities:

• Support the planning, business development and structuring of financing solutions for medium-sized and large corporate clients located across Central and Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean region.
• Support market intelligence gathering and industry research
• Assist in financial statement analysis and the preparation of multi-year business plans
• Contribute to development of marketing presentations and management materials
• Prepare quantitative analyses and technical documentation to support the structuring of the deals and the Bank's credit approval and decision-making processes
