St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Florence is seeking a Non-Management, full-time team member to support housekeeping operations, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and coordinate with Engineering and Front Office to maintain quality standards.

You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff while following safety policies and ensuring professional appearance and service excellence across shifts.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after cleaning to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities and coordinate with Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments; communicate issues to next shift; complete required paperwork.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow all company safety policies; report maintenance problems or safety hazards; maintain professional appearance.
• Move, lift, push/pull, and operate equipment; use computers/POS systems and read information accurately.
