Job summary

Four Seasons Taormina is seeking an entry-level Stewarding team member to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of china, glassware, and kitchen equipment. You will help ensure safe storage of cleaning chemicals and assist with inventory in a seasonal, full-time role at the San Domenico Palace.

You should have a high school diploma or equivalent and good Italian language skills. The position offers meals, uniform care, and training opportunities as part of our comprehensive employee program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, and utensils using proper equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen production areas, equipment, floors and surfaces in line with HACCP and standards.
• Assist with inventory of china, glass and silverware and ensure adequate supplies for outlets.
• Safely store and handle cleaning chemicals and materials with appropriate protective clothing.
