Kohl’s is seeking a customer-focused associate to excel at point-of-sale transactions and provide exceptional service in-store. You will greet customers, assist with products, and ensure smooth checkout while maintaining POS standards and brand guidelines.

Ideal candidates are flexible, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask across duties, including inventory support and daily service processes. No prior retail experience required for entry-level applicants.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: client facing retail or service industry experience.

Mansioni

• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise and handle payments.
• Accurately and efficiently execute POS and customer service standards per guidelines, delivering courteous, fast, and efficient service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty).
• Support inventory accuracy through POS and merchandise disposition practices.
• Participate in training for new hires on the service team, teaching process best practices and POS procedures.
• Participate in daily service processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, replenish supplies).
• All associate roles include integrity, teamwork, customer service mindset, multitasking, and adherence to policies.
