Si lavora in ambiente ibrido/Remoto con team internazionali, con responsabilità di facilitare cerimonie Scrum, supportare il Product Owner e assicurare trasparenza e accountability nel delivery. Il candidato ideale ha almeno 5 anni di esperienza in Scrum/Agile, ottima conoscenza di Jira/Confluence, eccellenti capacità di facilitazione e comunicazione, e preferibile esperienza in contesti finanziari o trasformazioni

Qualifications

• 5+ anni di esperienza rilevante in Scrum/Agile.
• Capacità di supportare Product Owner e team cross‑ funzionali.
• Conoscenza solida di delivery di sprint, refinement del backlog, gestione degli impedimenti e gestione rischi/dipendenze.

Responsibilities

• Facilitare cerimonie Scrum: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review e Retrospective.
• Supportare il Product Owner e il team nel mantenere obiettivi, priorità e deliverables chiari.
• Individuare tempestivamente impedimenti, rischi e dipendenze e aiutare a risolverli.

To strengthen our Advisory Business Unit, we are looking for a Scrum Master. Tutti i candidati sono invitati a leggere attentamente la seguente descrizione del lavoro e le relative informazioni prima di candidarsi.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective and Backlog Refinement.
• Support the Product Owner and team in maintaining clear Sprint objectives, priorities and deliverables.
• Proactively identify and help resolve impediments, blockers, risks and dependencies.
• Drive delivery transparency, team accountability and effective use of Agile ways of working.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product, development teams and relevant stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement, Sprint preparation and delivery follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and follow through on agreed actions.
• Coordinate effectively across international and distributed teams.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Scrum / Agile delivery in software development environments.
• Experience supporting Product Owners and cross‑functional development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Sprint delivery, backlog refinement, impediment management and risk/dependency management.
• Strong Jira / Confluence experience.
• Comfortable interacting with technical teams and understanding software delivery topics.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience with international / distributed teams.
• Proactive, pragmatic and delivery‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English.
• Experience:5 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

• Insurance or financial‑services experience.
• Experience in large‑scale digital transformation environments.
• Exposure to PI Planning / scaled Agile delivery.
• Experience with offshore development teams.
• German or another European language.
