SSC Space seeks a Satellite Ground Operations Manager to oversee ground network availability, scheduling, TT&C systems, and mission control infrastructure. You will supervise Ground Operations Engineers and coordinate with ground stations to ensure link availability and data integrity.

Candidates should have an MSc in Aerospace/Space or Telecommunication Engineering, 5+ years in ground operations including LEOP, strong English and leadership skills, and be on-call during spacecraft contact

Competenze

• MSc in aerospace/space or telecommunication engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years in ground operations with LEOP involvement.
• Strong knowledge of TT&C systems and ground networks.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams under time-critical conditions.

Mansioni

• Oversee ground network availability, configuration, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with ground stations and service providers for link availability.
• Supervise Ground Operations Engineers (GOEs).
• Ensure data integrity across TT&C systems and telemetry handling.
• Validate ground segment software updates and maintenance activities.
• Manage configuration control of ground system elements.
• Report on network performance metrics and outages.
