Leaf Space is seeking a Ground Station Systems Engineer to support a global network of automated ground stations. You will ensure reliability, performance, and operational readiness by coordinating troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and deployments across multiple sites.

The role blends hands-on engineering with site operations in a fast-growing space company. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, AIT, and partners to drive continuous improvement, document procedures, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of Ground Segment Engineering, Satellite Communications, RF Systems, Site Operations, Antenna Systems.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot antenna and ground station issues with service providers and on-site teams.
• Develop and validate procedures for antenna and ground station systems.
• Support maintenance planning and corrective actions to maximise ground station availability.
• Participate in technical investigations and root cause analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering recommendations.
• Act as the technical point of contact for on-site operational issues.
