Job summary
Leaf Space is seeking a Ground Station Systems Engineer to support a global network of automated ground stations. You will ensure reliability, performance, and operational readiness by coordinating troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and deployments across multiple sites.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electronic, Aerospace or Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of Ground Segment Engineering, Satellite Communications, RF Systems, Site Operations, Antenna Systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot antenna and ground station issues with service providers and on-site teams.
- Develop and validate procedures for antenna and ground station systems.
- Support maintenance planning and corrective actions to maximise ground station availability.
- Participate in technical investigations and root cause analysis.
- Prepare technical documentation and engineering recommendations.
- Act as the technical point of contact for on-site operational issues.
