OHB Italia SpA in Rome is seeking a Ground Operations Engineer to provide technical operations support for the ground segment. This role involves monitoring ground station telemetry, troubleshooting communication issues, and managing operational readiness.

The ideal candidate should have an MSc in Aerospace or related fields and at least 3 years of experience in ground operations, including direct involvement in LEOP activities. Strong problem-solving skills and advanced English are essential.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in ground operations with involvement in LEOP activities.
• Knowledge of TT&C systems, ground networks, and mission control infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ground segment monitoring and telemetry handling.
• Experience in LEO missions is a plus.

Mansioni

• Monitor ground station telemetry reception in real time.
• Troubleshoot communication issues including RF link and network latency.
• Manage mission control infrastructure preparation and readiness.
• Support anomaly investigations with ground segment logs.
• Assist testing and validating ground system updates.
