SumUp is seeking a Field Sales Territory Manager for Sardegna to lead and grow a local team of 8–12 reps. You will shape how the team works, drive merchant sign-ups and activity, and collaborate with Sales Operations to remove blockers.

• Proven track record in field sales, ideally within digital payments or SaaS.
• Strong leadership experience, coaching and developing a sales team.
• Deep knowledge of the Sardegna market and its small business community.
• Comfort working with both freelance and full-time sales talent, adapting management style.
• Proactive, team-first mindset with strong communication and execution skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of around 8 to 12 field sales representatives across Sardegna.
• Drive sustainable growth in merchant sign ups and transaction activity across the territory.
• Spot and develop talent within the team, building a high performing, motivated sales culture.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to track performance and clear obstacles.
• Represent SumUp locally, staying close to merchant needs and local market dynamics.
