SumUp is seeking a Field Sales Territory Manager for Sardegna to lead a local team and scale our merchant acquisition and activity across the island. You will coach 8–12 reps, drive sustainable growth, and partner with Sales Operations to clear obstacles while representing SumUp in the local market.

The role requires proven field sales achievement, strong leadership, and a proactive, team-first mindset to foster a high-performing sales culture in a remote, field-based setup.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in field sales, with consistent target achievement.
• Strong leadership experience coaching sales reps to perform at their best.
• Deep knowledge of the Sardegna market and local small businesses.
• Comfort working with both freelance and full-time sales talent.
• Proactive, team-first mindset with excellent communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 8–12 field sales reps across Sardegna.
• Drive growth in merchant sign-ups and transaction activity.
• Spot and develop talent to build a high-performing sales culture.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations and Revenue Operations to track performance and remove obstacles.
• Represent SumUp locally and stay aligned with merchant needs.
