Job summary

Westernacher Consulting in Italy is seeking an SAP EWM Solution Architect to shape end-to-end warehouse management solutions and guide complex SAP transformations for international clients. In this role you will translate warehousing requirements into scalable SAP EWM designs, own key architecture decisions, and mentor consultants across project workstreams.

The ideal candidate has 9–10 years of SAP experience, four full SAP implementations, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English

Job description

We are looking for an SAP EWM Solution Architect to join our consulting team in Italy. In this role, you will shape end-to-end warehouse management solutions, guide complex SAP transformations and help international customers translate their business goals into scalable SAP EWM architectures.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP EWM solution architectures aligned with customers’ business strategies and transformation goals.
• Translate complex warehousing and logistics requirements into scalable, integrated SAP EWM solutions.
• Own key architecture decisions and advise stakeholders on solution options, dependencies and trade-offs.
• Guide consultants and developers across project workstreams to ensure consistent, high-quality solution delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders throughout the transformation journey.
• Support pre‑sales activities through solution design, effort estimation and customer presentations.

Your Expertise

• At least 9–10 years of relevant SAP experience, with a strong focus on SAP EWM solution architecture.
• Proven experience leading complex SAP transformation and implementation projects.
• Functional and/or technical proficiency demonstrated across at least four full‑cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EWM processes, configuration and end-to-end solution design.
• Broad understanding of SAP integration and related supply chain processes.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder‑management and communication skills, including experience working with senior decision‑makers.
• Experience supporting pre‑sales or business‑development activities.
• Fluent English and Italian, as well as a willingness to travel according to project requirements.
