Overview

You will be an active part of the growth of our Platforms group (SAP Team), a team of experienced business process reengineering professionals with vertical expertise on SAP S/4 HANA. Within this context you will have the opportunity to participate in and/or manage end-to-end IT Evolution or Enterprise Transformation projects involving the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA ERP (SAP HANA Journey). Depending on the project you will be involved in the setup activities (control room) of the SAP Journey, defining the SAP approach and Roadmap, implementation strategy and Master Plan drafting, functional requirements gathering, technical specifications drafting (RFP) and evaluation scoring model; cross-functional activities of PMO, Governance and Demand Management, support and monitoring of Go-Live startup activities and in general managerial and operational reporting of results.

Responsibilities
  • Manage or participate in end-to-end IT Evolution or Enterprise Transformation projects involving SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementations.
  • Lead setup activities (control room) of the SAP Journey, define SAP approach and Roadmap, and draft implementation strategy and Master Plan.
  • Gather functional requirements and draft technical specifications (RFP) and evaluation scoring models.
  • Contribute to PMO, Governance and Demand Management, and support monitoring of Go-Live startup activities.
  • Provide managerial and operational reporting of results.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA related business processes (Finance, Procurement, Asset Management, Material Management preferred). Experience in the Energy sector is a plus.
  • Basic IT background, particularly in databases, web technologies, and Enterprise Application Integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of Application Lifecycle management, Demand process management, Application Maintenance Support management.
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following process flows: O&M Planning, Scheduling of O&M Operations, Execution of Maintenance Operations, Warehouse Management, Asset Integrity Management.
  • General and high-level knowledge of Accounts Payable, Customer Accounting, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Reporting, Procurement.
  • General and high-level knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
