Job summary

BearingPoint is seeking a SAP Intern to support digital transformation initiatives for Italian and international clients. The role reports to the SAP Senior Manager and is based in Milan or Turin with a hybrid setup.

You will engage in discovery, learn ERP/SAP implementations, and collaborate with BearingPoint’s global SAP team and partners. Strong academic background and proactive attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems Management or similar.
• Interest or basic understanding of ERP and SAP systems (S4 HANA Cloud and on-premise).
• Interest in SAP solutions and their role in end-to-end business processes.
• Good communication and team-working skills; highly self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery activities and understand client business needs.
• Assist in process reengineering activities for IT system implementation (SAP S4 HANA).
• Learn to identify the best solution to achieve outcomes and shadow internship tutor and project team.

Job description

Would you like to support Italian and international companies in their digital transformation journey, designing and implementing business processes through the latest SAP Cloud solutions?

We are looking for a new colleague to join our SAP team as Intern, reporting directly to our SAP Senior Manager.

Location: Milan or Turin (Hybrid)

What will you do?

You will be engaged in conducting discovery activities, understanding client’s business needs, carrying on process reengineering activities to IT system implementation (SAP S4 HANA solutions).

You will learn how to understand business requirements and identify the best solution to achieve the expected outcome.

You will interact not only with your team colleagues, but also with our BearingPoint international network of SAP experts, technology partners, suppliers and clients, always shadowing your internship’s tutor and project team.

Whom are we looking for?

You have successfully completed (or are about to complete) a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Information Systems Management or similar fields.

You are interested or have a base understanding of ERP and/or SAP systems (new S4 HANA Cloud and on-premise solutions).

You are interested in, or have a basic understanding of, SAP solutions and their role in supporting and optimizing end-to-end business processes.

You have good communication and team-working skills, and you are highly self-motivated and proactive.

Knowledge of activities from process reengineering to IT system implementation - will be considered as a plus.

You are able to communicate both in Italian and English at all levels of the Organization (other European languages will be considered as a plus).
