Comer Industries, a global leader in advanced engineering and mechatronic solutions for power transmission, is seeking a SAP Business Analyst to support a major SAP implementation in an international manufacturing environment.

You will join our IT Department, report to the Group Applications Manager, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver SAP solutions and manage change requests.

Competenze

• 3+ years of SAP process implementation experience in PP, MM or FI/CO within manufacturing environments.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external resources.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to travel.

Mansioni

• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects and change requests, from scoping and blueprinting through to implementation and deployment.
• Define, monitor and report on relevant KPIs to assess solution effectiveness and provide regular project updates.
• Act as a trusted business partner for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into practical SAP solutions.
• Coordinate and support external consultants and service providers.
• Contribute to incident resolution and continuous improvement activities across the assigned SAP domains.

We are hiring for the role of SAP Business Analyst at Comer Industries.

Comer Industries is a company listed on Euronext Milan and a global leader in advanced engineering and mechatronic solutions for power transmission. Headquartered in Italy, the Group operates through 15 production sites worldwide and employs approximately 3,800 people, serving the agricultural machinery, construction equipment, wind energy, and electric vehicle sectors.

In this role, you will join our IT Department, report directly to the Group Applications Manager, and support a major global SAP implementation programme in an international manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for one or more SAP functional domains, such as S&OP, PP, MM or FI/CO, working closely with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective solutions, manage change requests, and support continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Manage the full lifecycle of SAP projects and change requests, from scoping and blueprinting through to implementation and deployment.
• Define, monitor and report on relevant KPIs to assess solution effectiveness and provide regular project updates.
• Act as a trusted business partner for internal stakeholders, translating business needs into practical SAP solutions.
• Coordinate and support external consultants and service providers.
• Contribute to incident resolution and continuous improvement activities across the assigned SAP domains.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP process implementation within PP, MM or FI/CO, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to coordinate and guide the work of internal and external resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability to travel.

The expected gross annual base salary range is between € 45.000 - € 52.000, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus, subject to the achievement of individual and/or company performance targets.
