Mind The Value è una società di consulenza internazionale specializzata in ottimizzazione dei processi, trasformazione SAP e progetti di implementazione tecnologica. Cerchiamo un Senior Business Analyst SAP FI per guidare attività su SAP FI e supportare l’adozione di S/4HANA in contesto finanziario.

La persona ideale ha esperienza in contesti di implementazione e trasformazione, ottima gestione di stakeholder e una chiara proiezione verso ruoli di leadership all’interno di progetti SAP.

Competenze

• 4+ anni di consulenza SAP FI hands-on.
• Esperienza in implementazione, rollout, AMS o trasformazione.
• Esperienza in aziende di consulenza o system integrator.
• Candidature con esperienza solo come SAP end-user non allineate.

Mansioni

• Raccogliere e analizzare requisiti di business.
• Supportare l’analisi SAP FI, configurazione e implementazione.
• Ottimizzare processi contabili e finanziari.
• Gestire testing, UAT, go-live e post go-live.
• Preparare documentazione funzionale e formazione utenti.
• Coordinate con stakeholders aziendali e team di progetto.
• Contribuire alla crescita della Business Unit e a nuove opportunità.

Senior Business Analyst SAP FI

Business Area: Financial Performance Management

Experience: 4+ years

Contract: Permanent

Location: Milan, Italy

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Support SAP FI analysis, configuration, and implementation
• Optimize accounting and financial processes
• Manage testing, UAT, go‑live, and post‑go‑live activities
• Prepare functional documentation and deliver user training
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and project teams
• Contribute to Business Unit growth and new opportunities

You are likely a fit if you have

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and its main submodules
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance processes
• Knowledge of FI integration with CO, MM, and SD
• Professional proficiency in English
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills

Knowledge of ABAP debugging or technical specifications is considered a plus.

Expected Salary Range

€35,000-€45,000 gross annual salary, based on experience, technical expertise, autonomy, and responsibilities. xysqume
