Job summary

Richemont in Corsico, Lombardy, is seeking an organized Administrative Specialist to register and validate incoming repairs in SAP, and manage outgoing shipments to European platforms. You will prepare packaging, documents, and monitor shipment timings, coordinating with Logistics and using SAP and SharePoint.

Requirements include at least 2 years in administrative roles, strong attention to detail, fluent Italian and English, and good knowledge of SAP.

At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
High sense of responsibility.
Ability to analyze and identify problems.
Teamwork attitude.
Good knowledge of SAP.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Organized and autonomous, will become independent to deliver optimal results.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Registration of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
Validation of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
Management of outgoing repair shipments to other European platforms, including preparation of packaging and documents in SAP.
Monitoring of repair shipment timings to other European platforms via SAP and SharePoint, liaising with Logistics in case of need or anomalies.
Operational support for Team activities as needed.
