Job summary

Richemont Italia S.p.A. in Italy is seeking an administrative professional to register and validate incoming repairs in SAP, and to manage outgoing shipments to European platforms. You will monitor shipment timings via SAP and SharePoint, coordinate with Logistics, and support team activities. The role requires 2+ years in admin roles, fluent Italian and English, and strong attention to detail. Salary ranges 33K–36K€ with 8€ meal vouchers per working day.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Registration of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
• Validation of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
• Management of outgoing repair shipments to other European platforms, including preparation of packaging and documents in SAP.
• Monitoring of repair shipment timings to other European platforms via SAP and SharePoint, liaising with Logistics in case of need or anomalies.
• Operational support for Team activities as needed.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

• At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Ability to analyze and identify problems.
