Job summary

Richemont is seeking an administrative SAP specialist in Lombardy to register and validate incoming repairs, and to manage outbound shipments to European platforms. The role requires careful SAP handling, attention to timelines, and strong collaboration with Logistics teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of admin experience, is organized and autonomous, and communicates effectively in Italian and English.

• Management of outgoing repair shipments to other European platforms, including packaging and documents in SAP.
• Monitoring of repair shipment timings to other European platforms via SAP and SharePoint, liaising with Logistics.
• Operational support for Team activities as needed.

• Registration of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
• Validation of incoming repairs in the SAP system.
• Management of outgoing repair shipments to other European platforms, including preparation of packaging and documents in SAP.
• Monitoring of repair shipment timings to other European platforms via SAP and SharePoint, liaising with Logistics in case of need or anomalies.
• Operational support for Team activities as needed.
