Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. is seeking a Compliance Specialist for DPS Operations to support the ongoing development and enhancement of the DPS program across jurisdictions where Amazon operates.

You will assist in daily reviews of escalated DPS cases and act as a subject matter expert on sanctions compliance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to management, Legal, and business partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in an industry role.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
• Experience in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations or project management

Mansioni

• Assist with daily DPS case reviews for Amazon and subsidiaries.
• Serve as SME regarding sanctions compliance and track program effectiveness.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to Compliance Operations management, Legal, and business partners.
• Identify regulatory compliance risks and suggest or implement corrective actions.
• Guide management in developing and reviewing applicable policies and procedures.
• Engage with management, operations support teams, Compliance and Legal teams, and business partners to accomplish goals.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new hires.
• Meet key performance indicator requirements
