Amazon Payments Europe S.C.A. is seeking a dynamic Compliance Analyst to join the KYC Compliance Operation team. The role focuses on onboarding and ongoing KYC checks, regulatory adherence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve controls.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in AML/Compliance, with fluency in Swedish or Dutch and English. The role offers remote work within Luxembourg or an office-based option in Luxembourg.

Competenze

• Experience in AML or Compliance.
• Knowledge of EU AML and KYC-related laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Swedish or Dutch, and English.

Mansioni

• Conduct onboarding and ongoing KYC Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks.
• Review sanctions and PEP screening results and obtain approvals from senior management.
• Exercise delegated authority to approve cases after competency is demonstrated.
• Identify and document exceptions and maintain appropriate records.
• Support regulatory changes and adapt processes accordingly.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen compliance and customer experience.
• Identify process gaps and recommend changes to reduce KYC-related risks.
• Prepare and report KYC/AML metrics.
