Job summary

Based in Opera (MI) or working remotely, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding sales across a range of industries including Food & Beverage and Pharma. This is an exciting opportunity to drive growth through technically focused solutions, leveraging our leading-edge filtration technologies and strong customer network.**Your responsibilities** * Area of competence: North West plus Tuscany and Sardegna* Customers profiles: End Users, Distributors, Installers* Industries: Food & Beverage and Pharma* Organize, plan, manage and grow the sales of compressed air purification system products:, Compressed Air purification, Sterile Air, Steam and Liquid filtration* Optimize sales and profit consistent with company policy and long-term objectives* Solve customer needs with technical driven solutions* Handle technical enquiries for the entire products portfolio and services* Utilize current Donaldson network to open new business opportunities* CRM management for assigned accounts **Minimum Qualifications** * Technical Degree in Mechanics or Chemistry or equivalent through experience* Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in Compressed Air and Process Filtration,* Familiar with organizing visits to customers (most of the time dedicated to meet customers)* Flexibility to travel to ensure local presence and follow-up* Commercial and sales driven. Ability to “open doors” and generate new business/opportunities* Self-starter, able to drive and develop opportunities, team player but also able to work independently* Strong communication skills in Italian and English. **Preferred qualifications** * Knowledge of,compressed air and gas purification is an asset; liquid, sterile air knowledge is still welcome **Compensation**The annual salary range for this position is €51.200–€68,300 + bonus.
