Job summary

Leagel S.r.l. is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for the Italian Market to manage orders, quotations and master data while coordinating with sales, logistics, and internal teams.

You will ensure accurate order processing and timely communication with customers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in Sales Support or Order Management, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Italian with good English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management or similar commercial role.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Fluent Italian and good command of English for international communication.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Zucchetti Ad Hoc or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting customers in food ingredients, manufacturing, FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Quality, R&D, Administration, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Create, update, and maintain customer master data in internal systems.
• Prepare, review, and issue quotations, contracts, and sales-related documentation.
• Monitor customer requests and provide timely support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners.
• Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.
