A cosmetic company located in Cremona is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Sales Team in business development. Candidates should have a high school diploma, ideally a bachelor's in Administration, and 2-3 years of similar experience. Fluency in English and Italian is required, and knowledge of Mandarin would be a plus. This role involves managing client relations, project follow-ups, and effective communication across departments.

Competenze

Overview

Based at Offanengo HQ, the ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the Sales Managers, Sales Director(s) and VP in all administrative aspects of business developments, from prospecting to brief awards. This role also provides executive administrative assistance to the Sales Team.

Responsibilities
  • Projects follow ups (link with all departments) until project award.
  • Enter project in Filtration and enter project in the Pipeline.
  • Contribute to construction RFQ and open briefs (clients, prospection, screening).
  • Provide support to define the best offer to customer and draft preliminary offers.
  • Manage preparation and shipping of samples to support and arrange client visits.
  • New client insertion in ERP, registration and travel / accommodation arrangements.
  • Reception & care of client during in-office meetings; meeting report redaction.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders (e.g., Industrialization, Business Development, R&D) to achieve complete offer and product solutions.
  • Update pricing lists and create/optimize presentations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma as a minimum; preferred education is a bachelor degree in Administration.
  • 2 / 3 years of experience in a similar role in the make-up / cosmetic field or in project management or customer service.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; good knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of main IT systems (ERP, Office).
  • Effective workload planning, organization skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent and effective interpersonal skills; customer-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication and ability to synthesize; good problem solving and ability to find solutions.
