ANDRITZ in Capannori (Lucca), IT, seeks a Sales Project Engineer to manage Joint Engineered Systems and Services quotations and drive regional sales projects. You will coordinate with product groups and service divisions to ensure profitable orders, proper delivery scope, and strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires deep knowledge of paper mill processes, project management, and English language skills, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree in Engineering and 5+ years

Competenze

• Master’s degree / MSc in Engineering is considered a plus.
• Over 5 years of experience in paper industry sales support or project management/engineering (P&L)
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and of paper mill/converting plant processes
• Understanding of project management principles and related tools
• Automation and digitalization products knowledge is a plus
• Good knowledge of English

Mansioni

• Execute sales activities on Joint Engineered Systems and Services Paper quotations with cross-functional teams.
• Manage nominated sales projects within region ensuring profitable orders and aligned scope/costs.
• Lead customer meetings in direct quotations and present offerings.
• Develop sales strategy for nominated projects with PG management.
• Prepare quotation plans and coordinate internal stakeholders early.
• Build relationships with customers and identify new opportunities and technologies.
