Imperial Brands in Rome is seeking a CRM & Sales Operations Analyst to support our Sales Force with high‑quality data, insightful reporting and effective CRM management.

You will manage Salesforce and BI reporting, ensure data integrity, lead UAT testing and release cycles, and deliver dashboards and KPI analyses to inform commercial decisions. This role sits at the heart of our multinational operations, offering collaborative projects and opportunities to influence how we work.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in Business Intelligence and CRM administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Access, including VBA/macros to automate processes.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM to support sales force management and reporting.
• Understanding of CRM/BI architecture, data structures and workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage, maintain and enhance Salesforce CRM and BI systems, collaborating with offshore technical teams.
• Ensure data integrity through data mining, maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Lead UAT testing, support release cycles and drive continuous system improvements.
• Configure Salesforce, including data mapping, workflow design and sales process optimisation.
• Produce and maintain user documentation, training materials and provide ongoing user support.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards and KPI analysis for Trade & Sales initiatives.
