Go Ahead HiRe in Rome is seeking a Sales Operations Manager, International, to own the CRM, data, reporting and processes across the Blanket and TBT business worldwide. You will partner with the Sales Director, Chief of Staff and territory leads to bring discipline, consistency and visibility to international sales.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in sales or revenue operations, strong CRM expertise (HubSpot/Salesforce), advanced Power BI and Excel skills, and fluent business English.

Competenze

• 4–7 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial analytics.
• Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent).
• Strong Power BI skills and advanced Excel.
• Fluent business English. Italian is welcome but not required.

Mansioni

• Own the international CRM, data, reporting and processes.
• Lead CRM standardisation across territories and ensure data quality.
• Manage CRM integrations with marketing, finance and operations.
• Hands-on tasks: lead imports, campaign setup, data clean-up.
• Build weekly, monthly and quarterly CRM-driven sales reports and dashboards.
• Support weekly business reviews, monthly forecasts and quarterly business reviews.
• Enable sales onboarding and CRM training across territories.
