Ajax Systems is seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to support our growing Italian market, serving as a key contact for customers and internal teams.

You will manage sales-related documentation, contracts, order history, and shipping coordination with logistics and production, while leveraging ERP systems.

Required: bachelor in economics/logistics/administration, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and fluency in Ukrainian and Italian; ERP experience a plus; join a fast-paced, zero-bullshit culture.

Competenze

• Experience handling sales-related documentation and customer inquiries.
• Experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, or Comarch ERP) is advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian and Italian languages.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, logistics, or administration.

Mansioni

• Be a contact person for customers with sales-related inquiries and provide high-level service.
• Support the Business Development function within the organization.
• Provide administrative and technical support for contract administration, customer service, and order history management.
• Register and forward contracts, provide relevant information to stakeholders.
• Manage the process of shipping goods to customers in cooperation with logistics and production.
• Perform additional administrative tasks associated with Sales Operations.
