Job summary

FAYAT Group in Fontanellato, Italy, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to collect and analyze sales data, maintain commercial reporting, and support order and pipeline management. You will coordinate with Sales, Dealers and internal functions, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up of commercial activities.

The role emphasizes dashboards and KPI reporting and requires proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
13 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Controlling, Commercial Planning or a similar role.
Experience in an international or industrial company is a plus.
Experience with sales data and reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support the Sales Operations Sr. in monitoring order intake, sales performance, backlog, stock and forecasts.
Maintain and update sales databases, reporting tools and commercial dashboards.
Prepare monthly and periodic sales reports, presentations and management reporting.
Monitor the sales pipeline and consolidate opportunities from dealers and sales teams.
Analyze sales data by market, dealer, product, model and period.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Logistics and Customer Service on orders and delivery time.
