ShopFully, the platform turning browsing into shopping, invites a motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our Strategic Partnership Management Team on an internship. You will blend data analysis with client-facing work to drive insights and inspire decisions.

Based in Milan with a flexible hybrid model, the role offers hands-on experience in a rapidly scaling multinational while developing analytical and communication skills.

Competenze

• University Degree in Marketing, Economics and related fields.
• Analytical skills and ability to synthesize data.

Mansioni

• Interpreting all the data of campaigns from different sources (tableau, internal DB analytics...) to deliver reporting and analysis with “powerful” insight.
• Preparing final presentation to be delivered to the customers. Review, synthesize and communicate insights in meaningful and actionable ways (transform data and results into actionable insights).
• Reading signals from the market to detect cultural trends and shifts in our customers expectations in terms of data

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, curious and proactive Junior Sales & Marketing Analyst to join our Strategic Partnership Management Team with an internship.

This role requires a unique combination of analytical skills and strong interpersonal abilities, as you will be responsible for both data analysis and direct interactions with internal stakeholders and external clients.

• Interpreting all the data of campaigns from different sources (tableau, internal DB analytics...) to deliver reporting and analysis with “powerful” insight;
• Preparing final presentation to be delivered to the customers. Review, synthesize and communicate insights in meaningful and actionable ways (transform data and results into actionable insights);
• Reading signals from the market to detect cultural trends and shifts in our customers expectations in terms of data
• University Degree in Marketing, Economics and related fields;
• Analytical skills;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences;
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail;
• Italian: Fluent, both written and spoken;
• English: Good, both written and spoken.

Basic knowledge of data analysis and data visualizations tools (i.e.Tableau) would be considered a plus.

WORKING HOURS: full-time (40 hours / week from Monday to Friday)
