BSH Elettrodomestici S.p.A. in Milano is seeking a Sales Manager to drive SDA retail growth, develop the sales strategy, manage key accounts, and strengthen Bosch brand in Italy's SDA market.

The role requires at least 5 years in a similar sales role, strong market insight, excellent negotiation and relationship skills, and fluency in English. Hybrid working model and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in SDA or Consumer Electronics.
• Strong understanding of Consumer Products market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• English language fluent.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement SDA retail sales strategy in line with business objectives.
• Manage key retail accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, assortments, and promotions.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, KPIs and budgets, taking actions to improve performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitors and consumer insights to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance for effective execution.
