Job summary

Kodland is an international online programming school for children and teenagers. We seek an experienced sales professional to conduct live demonstration programming lessons via Zoom, acting as mentor and expert to show the value of Kodland’s courses.

You will engage with both parents and children, lead a 60-minute interactive session, and aim to convert interest into enrollment. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, negotiation or customer experience management.
• Excellent communicator with ability to engage both parents and children.
• Confident presenter capable of leading conversations.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Teaching, coaching, webinars, or public speaking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The essence of the role: You will be responsible for conducting demonstration programming lessons for children and their parents via Zoom, combining the role of mentor and expert. Your goal will be, through an interactive 60-minute session (in which the child, under your guidance, completes practical and engaging exercises), to understand the family's needs and demonstrate the value of learning with Kodland.

Requirements

This is the perfect role for you if:

• You have experience in sales, negotiation, or customer experience management.
• You can build a relationship of trust with both adults (parents) and children.
• You are an excellent communicator and an effective presenter — you know how to engage, explain clearly, and lead a conversation with confidence.
• You are friendly, patient, and professional.
• You have experience in teaching, coaching, running webinars, or public speaking — this will be a great advantage.
• You have a reliable computer/laptop (Windows/Mac) and a quality internet connection.
