Job summary

Kodland is a digital platform that connects tutors and children worldwide, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox), programming with Scratch/Python, web programming with JavaScript/HTML/CSS, and digital design with Blender/Photoshop. We are looking for an online teacher to deliver lessons based on supplied scenarios and materials, with up to 15 hours weekly, 60-minute sessions, in group or 1-1 formats.

Work is remote with a personal laptop, stable internet, and English fluency (B2+).

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma and Canva.
• Knowledge of digital design such as animation and illustration.
• Familiarity with Scratch and Roblox learning is a plus.
• Availability in afternoons and evenings on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach based on provided scenarios and materials.
• Deliver 60-minute lessons in group and 1-1 formats.
• Share experience with kids and act as Kodland ambassador.

Job description

Kodland is a digital platform that connects tutors and children aged 5 to 17 from all over the world, teaching game development (Unity/Roblox), programming (Scratch/Python), web programming (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and digital design (Blender/Photoshop). Kodland 's goal is to prepare children for the future. We help them learn skills that prepare them to excel in their careers and develop their interests. It is present in 40 countries with more than 30,000 students.

We are looking for an online teacher who will be responsible for teaching based on the provided scenarios and materials. You can teach up to 10-15 hours per week and share your experience with the kids! It's something interesting. Lesson duration: 60 minutes; Format: group lessons, 1-1 lessons.

Requirements

• Knowledge of graphic editors: Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva
• No teaching experience is required, but to be invited for an interview you must complete a digital skills test (which will be sent after applying).
• You must demonstrate knowledge of digital design such as animation, illustration, 3D/2D objects, Scratch.
• You can improve your skills and we would like to invite you to learn Scratch or Roblox with us.
• You are available to work in the afternoon and evening, both on weekdays and weekends.
• You are able to work independently.
• You want to become a positive, influential, and straightforward ambassador for Kodland.

Please note: You will be working with the Kodland International team, so make sure your English is at least B2 and that you are a native speaker of your region.
