Job summary

Kodland is an international online programming school for children and teenagers. We seek an experienced sales professional to conduct live demonstration programming lessons via Zoom, acting as mentor and expert to show the value of Kodland’s courses.

You will engage with both parents and children, lead a 60-minute interactive session, and aim to convert interest into enrollment. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours and performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, negotiation or customer experience management.
• Excellent communicator with ability to engage both parents and children.
• Confident presenter capable of leading conversations.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Teaching, coaching, webinars, or public speaking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 60-minute Zoom demonstration lessons for families.
• Identify family needs and showcase Kodland learning value.
• Build trust with both parents and children to convert interest into enrollment.
