SPORTSTEX in Bolzano is seeking a motivated Head of Sales to lead our sales team on a full-time basis. The role combines people leadership with strategic growth, requiring you to manage key accounts and expand our business across Europe.

You will coordinate with production in Romania, shape B2B marketing, and represent the company at trade fairs. A strong English capability and travel readiness are essential to succeed in this international position.

Competenze

• Several years of sales or business development experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong leadership, coaching and development-oriented management style.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly.
