Job summary

HOERBIGER Automatisierungstechnik Holding GmbH seeks a Sales Engineer to grow the Emilia Romagna and Tuscany regions by combining technical know-how with strong customer relationships. You will translate customer needs into rotary unions and customized solutions while expanding existing accounts.

Travel across Italy up to 40-60%, collaborating with technical, production, and service teams and representing us at trade fairs and industry events.

Qualifications

Technical engineering diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical or electrotechnical disciplines.
At least five years of B2B industrial sales experience.
Ability to translate technical needs into suitable solutions and manage negotiations.
Knowledge of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany markets and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

Develop the Emilia Romagna and Tuscany territory and implement the commercial strategy.
Build and grow customer partnerships, manage existing accounts, and win new business.
Analyze requirements, read drawings, and propose rotary unions and customized solutions.
Lead quotations, negotiations, and achieve revenue and margin objectives.
Collaborate with technical office, production, and service to deliver solutions.
