Henkel in Italy seeks a Sales Controlling Support Commercial Excellence IT intern in the Business Support Department. You will assist Sales and Marketing with analysis, budget tracking, and data quality across international, national and local agreements.

This 6-month internship offers a hybrid work model, based in Lombardia, with a focus on Excel-driven reporting, P&L principles, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve customer experience.

Competenze

• Degree in economics or equivalent, preferably master's.
• Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation.
• Familiarity with P&L and accounting principles.
• Good command of English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Supports Sales Controller in managing international, national and local agreements.
• Trade spend tracking and accruals monitoring.
• Monitor compliance with standards and budget allocation.
• Develop and coordinate sales controlling reporting.
• Monitor and plan Sales costs.
• Steer sales cost administration and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with Henkel departments to improve customer experience.
• Provide daily support to National Account Managers and District Managers.
• Support management with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Maintain and improve master data management.
