Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs Italia SRL is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive member growth. In this role you will spend 70% of time on the phones, inspiring prospects with DL values within a busy office environment and 30% showcasing our clubs to convert interested members.

You will work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, to help achieve sales targets and deliver premium after-care service to new members.

Qualifications

• Targets-driven mindset with strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach; sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone-based outreach and inquiries to prospective members.
• Showcase clubs and drive sales targets both individually and as a team.
• Onboard new members to ensure premium after-care service.

As a Sales Consultant 70% of your role you will be hitting the phones, inspiring and spreading our DL values to our prospective members within an office environment. The other 30% of your role will inspire and showcase our amazing clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team whilst on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
