Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited operates Jimmy Choo and seeks a dedicated retail associate in Milano to deliver exceptional luxury customer service and uphold brand standards on the shop floor.

You will build client relationships, maintain stock accuracy, participate in visual merchandising, and contribute to promotional activities to drive boutique performance and meet targets. A strong emphasis on professionalism and brand representation is key.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations by following our selling ceremony and delivering a glamorous, luxury experience.
• Developing a detailed knowledge of Jimmy Choo products, construction, materials, care and design to offer expert guidance.
• Building and maintaining your own client database to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Resolving customer complaints promptly by investigating issues and proposing effective solutions to store management.
• Maintaining stock controls, supporting stock takes, and ensuring continuous stock availability.
• Participating in store meetings, trainings and promotional events to drive boutique performance.
• Ensuring merchandise presentation reflects VM standards and maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique.
• Contributing ideas to improve boutique performance and achieve store targets.
• Supporting back-of-house and administrative operations as requested by store management.

Main responsibilities include:Providing exceptional standards of customer service surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following our Selling CeremonyDemonstrating and reflecting the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviourDeveloping a detailed knowledge of the product including construction, materials, care and design in order to provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer serviceBuilding, developing and maintaining your own client database ensuring repeat visits and customer loyaltyResolving customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the store managementPlaying an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policiesMaintaining effective stock controls to ensure continued stock supply and ensure stock record accuracyParticipating and supporting the team in stock takes as and when requiredAttending and participating in all store meetings and training events as required ensuring good communication is maintainedParticipating in, and representing Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activitiesActively ensuring merchandise presentation reflect VM standards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique at all timesContributing ideas and suggestions to the team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performanceDemonstrating a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutique performance and reach individual and store targetsActively implementing and following our required procedures, standards and policies as outlined in Retail Excellence and as communicated by the CompanyCommunicating all potential Health and Safety issues to the Store Manager and complies with Jimmy Choo Safety and Security proceduresSupporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in any back of house and administrative operations as requestedDemonstrating flexibility by supporting the store management in any other ad-hoc duties as might reasonably be required in the successful running of the boutique—The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
