K-Way outlet store in Serravalle Outlet is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will ensure the store presents itself attractively, maintaining order, cleanliness and a complete range to support sales goals.

You will manage merchandise on display, replenish stock, assist in fittings, and operate cashier operations. Fixed-term, part-time (30h) or full-time (40h) contracts with a gross annual salary of €18,700–€25,000 and benefits are offered.

Who We’re Looking For

For our K-way outlet store in Serravalle Outlet, we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsability

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field)
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules

Initial placement on a fixed term contract, part-time (30 hours per week) and full-time (40h).

This role comes with an annual gross salary in the range of €18.700 to €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
