K-Way cerca esperti Sales Assistant per il punto vendita di Milano. Come Sales Assistant sarai responsabile di offrire servizio al cliente e vendita, mantenendo ordine, assortimento e pulizia, collaborando con il team.

Sono richiesti minimo 2 anni di esperienza in retail premium/lusso, ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, buone doti comunicative e disponibilità a contratto a tempo determinato full‑time (40 ore/settimana). Retribuzione lorda annua intorno a €25.000, benefici aziendali.

Competenze

• Minimo 2 anni di esperienza come Sales Assistant in brand prêt-à-porter premium o lusso.
• Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese; altre lingue sono un plus.
• Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
• Affidabilità, dinamicità, cortesia e flessibilità oraria.
• Inizio con contratto a tempo determinato, tempo pieno (40 ore settimanali).

We’re Looking For

For our K-Way store in Milano, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants. As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the customer in the sale
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines
• Managing cashier operations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready‑to‑wear retail brand, premium or luxury level
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules
• Initial placement on a fixed‑term contract, full time (40 hours per week)

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
