K-Way is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant for the store in Designer Outlet Castel Romano. Your role is to provide customer service and sales excellence, maintain order, cleanliness and full product range, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that encourages purchases.

You'll support customers, manage merchandise, replenish stock, keep fitting rooms organized, and collaborate with the team. The position is fixed-term, full-time (40 hours) with an annual gross salary around €25,000 plus company

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in established retail reality.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules.

Who We're Looking For

For the K-Way store in Designer Outlet Castel Romano, we are looking for experienced Sales Assistants.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.

You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsabilities

• Supporting the customer in the sale;
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time (40 H).
