K-Way is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant for our Padova store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through tailored advice, and maintaining optimal product displays in a premium retail setting.

The candidate should have prior experience in ready-to-wear or luxury retail, excellent English, and strong communication skills. The position offers a fixed-term, full-time contract with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the brand.

For our K-Way store in Padova, we are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Assistants.

Key Responsabilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales through tailored advice
• Ensure visual and stock merchandising standards are consistently maintained

• Maintain fitting rooms and support customers during try-ons
• Operate the cash register in compliance with company policies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in a ready-to-wear retail brand, premium or luxury level;

Initial placement on a fixed-term contract, full-time (40 hours per week).

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
