PIQUADRO S.p.A. is seeking a store position in Rome to maximize sales and build lasting client relationships. The role requires fluency in English and Chinese and is centered on delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment.

You will provide product and pricing information, guide customers, and support inventory, promotions, and store operations while maintaining a clean, professional shop floor. Proficiency in numeracy and communication is expected.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Chinese (written & spoken).
Retail or service industry experience.
Great customer service and people skills.
Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues.
Good standard of numeracy and problem solving.

Responsibilities

To maximize sales for the store.
To develop enduring relationships with clients.
To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request.
To approach customers and offer advice and support on products to persuade purchases.
To manage promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details.
To understand and advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance.
To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history.
To handle returns of merchandise.
To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard.
To support the team on general store operations.
To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria.
To operate cash registers and close daily revenues.
To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
To go the extra mile to meet targets.

Salary (Full-Time Equivalent):

Gross annual salary of €26,000 (Full-Time Equivalent), in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria). For part-time positions, the salary will be pro‑rated according to the agreed working hours.

To provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role:

To maximize sales for the store;
To develop enduring relationships with clients;
To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request;

To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
To handle returns of merchandise;
To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard;
To support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store;
To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
To maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates;
To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
