Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Sales Assistant on a maternity cover basis in Milan, Italy. You will support the Sales Manager and Business Developers by preparing offers, handling customer orders, and maintaining documentation.

The role requires organizational, data management, and communication skills, with fluency in Italian and English. Prior inside sales or customer service experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is required.

Position Overview

The Sales Assistant supports Business Developers and the Sales Manager in managing commercial and administrative processes. Main responsibilities include preparing offer documents, uploading sales materials, and handling customer order receipt and processing to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Offers Management

Prepare and format commercial offers and proposal documents.

Upload and maintain sales documentation in the designated digital platforms.

Receive, register, and process customer orders accurately and promptly.

Support Business Developers and the Sales Manager with administrative and coordination tasks.

Ensure proper documentation flow between sales, and finance teams.

Track order status and assist in resolving any discrepancies or delays.

• Back-office tasks

Use the company’s tracking tools

Enter and maintain complete and accurate information about customers and contacts.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and data accuracy standards for all sales records.

Additional Information

RAL 20000-22000€ + €10 meal voucher per working day
