Kappa Outlet Valmontone is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to deliver customer service and sales excellence at the Valmontone Outlet store. You will maintain appearance, assist shoppers, and support the team in daily operations.

The role is part-time (20 hours) with a fixed-term contract. Fluency in English and strong communication are required, with reliability, dynamism and flexibility in scheduling. Previous fashion/footwear retail experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Previous experience as Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear)
• Excellent knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedule

Who We're Looking For

For our Kappa Outlet store in Valmontone (Valmontone Outlet) we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range.

You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key Responsabilities

• Supporting the customer in the sale;
