The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, replenishing stock, and managing fitting rooms. Who We're Looking For

For our Store AlloSpaccio in Torino Nord, we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant.

As a Sales Assistant, your goal is to provide customer service and sales excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store consistently has an appearance that encourages sales through maintenance of order, cleanliness and completeness of the range. You will be expected to ensure courtesy, friendliness, and kindness, collaborating positively with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the customer in the sale;
• Maintaining, managing and handling merchandise on display;
• Replenishing stock in order to ensure maximum levels of merchandise availability in the department;
• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the store;
• Managing fitting rooms following company guidelines;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in established retail reality (fashion and footwear field);
• Knowledge of English language (any other languages will be considered plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy and flexibility in schedules;
• Immediatly avalaible.

Initial placement on a fixed term contract, full-time and part-time.

This role comes with an annual gross salary of around €25.000, plus a range of company benefits.
