Job summary

MotorK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team and base in Antwerp, Belgium. The role involves relocation and a hybrid work pattern, interfacing with Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to support automotive clients.

Responsibilities include managing the onboarding journey, driving adoption, and coordinating cross-functional delivery while meeting revenue goals and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer success with end-to-end onboarding ownership.
• Deep understanding of the B2B automotive dealer sector and web technologies (CMS, SEO) or SaaS.
• Project management mindset bridging business requirements and technical delivery teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Native Flemish speaker, fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer onboarding journey from contract signature to go-live, ensuring activation aligns with the dealer's digital strategy.
• Drive adoption, prevent churn, and upsell/cross-sell to meet revenue goals.
• Provide ongoing digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise using the DealerK Method.
• Track and report on key account metrics including NPS, retention, and time-to-go-live.
