Baker Hughes invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program in Italy, designed to build hands-on experience in data analytics, forecasting, and project management. You will work with regional teams to improve visibility on outages and demand, while gaining exposure to HS&E culture and the company’s digital tools.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate with a Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, Economics, Finance or business-related program.
• GPA 3.0/4.0 or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of Power BI and CoPilot.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Strong communication skills in a cross‑functional environment.

Responsabilités

• Work with Regional Sales and Commercial/Project Management to monitor short-term (12 months) and long-term (24–36+ months) forecasts of outages and demand.
• Enhance S&OP reports and KPIs to improve data quality and synchronization.
• Stabilize automation of Power BI dashboards for outage trend analysis and data quality.
• Scout opportunities for data automation through Power BI dashboards (new engines, personnel, repairs workloads, materials).
