IN Groupe is seeking an experienced EHS leader to serve as the designated RSPP, overseeing safety, environmental compliance, training, and audits at a major production site in Lombardy. The role reports to the Managing Director with functional ties to the Group HQ in France.

You will coordinate with local authorities, drive a culture of safety, and ensure legal compliance across the plant, with a focus on continuous improvement and international standards.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience as an RSPP or Senior ASPP in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Full and valid RSPP qualifications (Modules A, B and C) with up-to-date training.

Responsabilidades

• Safety Management: act as the designated RSPP and update the DVR.
• Environmental Compliance: manage waste, emissions, water discharge, and registers.
• Training & Education: organize mandatory training on health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Audits & Inspections: conduct periodic inspections and coordinate with local authorities (ATS, ARPA, Fire Department).
• Accidents & Near-Misses: analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
• International Reporting: align plant procedures with French HQ standards.

ABOUT THE TEAM/ABOUT THE ROLE

The candidate will report directly to the Managing Director with functional reporting lines to the Group Headquarters in France.

He will fully manage all health, safety, and environmental matters, including:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Safety Management: Acting as the designated RSPP. Updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and monitoring the implementation of prevention and protection measures.
• Environmental Compliance: Managing all environmental regulatory requirements (waste management, emissions, water discharge, loading/unloading registers, and MUD).
• Training & Education: Organizing and planning mandatory training courses for employees regarding health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Audits & Inspections: Conducting periodic inspections across production departments and managing relations with local supervisory bodies (ATS, ARPA, Fire Department).
• Accidents & Near-Misses: Analyzing the root causes of accidents or near-misses and implementing the necessary corrective actions.
• International Reporting: Liaising regularly with the French HQ to align plant procedures with corporate EHS standards and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience as an RSPP or Senior ASPP within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Certifications: Full and valid RSPP qualifications (Modules A, B, and C) with all mandatory training updates strictly up to date.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory for daily communication and reporting with the Group HQ in France (knowledge of French is a plus).
