Job summary

Ariston Group in Italy is seeking a motivated HSE Intern to support the RSPP HSE coordinator of the plant. This internship offers hands-on experience in Health, Safety and Environmental practices within a corporate setting.

You will assist in implementing procedures like LOTO, contribute to HSE policies, help conduct risk assessments and audits, collect and report data, and participate in training. English required; MS Office skills expected; knowledge of HSE regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong analytical and planning skills, time management, and problem solving.
• Good English and proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on developing HSE policies, procedures, and programs.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices within a Corporate setting. The successful candidate will support various HSE initiatives, assist in data analysis, and contribute to the implementation of compliance procedures and programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation and drawing up of LOTO (Lock out, tag out) procedures.
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support risk assessments, incident investigations, safety and environment audits.
• Collect, analyse, and report HSE data to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
• Participate in HSE training sessions and awareness campaigns.
• Help maintain HSE documentation and records in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate has a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or Mechanical Engineering or in Electronics Engineering or a related field and a brilliant academic career. Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile. English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements. Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards are a plus.
